Headingley Pilates is owned and run by Kath Nisbet who has been teaching Pilates for 12 years. She is also a Hendrickson Method manual therapist, Franklin Method educator, and somatics teacher. She has a fully equipped Pilates studio in the centre of Headingley in the medical centre. There you can take reformer and studio equipment classes, somatic and mat classes, pre- or post-natal classes, and 121 specialist focus training. Mindfulness and Alexander Technique are also available. All ages and fitness levels welcome as well as those needing illness or injury rehabilitation and prevention.
